Traditionally parties to a lawsuit have used courthouses to settle their disputes. While this works well for most disputes, it is not for every dispute. James L. Kimbler, formerly a Medina County Common Pleas Court Judge recognizes this fact. That's why he started North Coast ADR Services after leaving the bench on January 1, 2015.
